How do I trade in my old food processor for a new Magimix? Pass on your old food processor, regardless of the brand, and upgrade to a brand new Magimix. Simply trade in an eligible appliance from our approved list to take advantage of this upgrade offer.

Which appliances are eligible for the trade in? Food processors from any manufacturer are included on the approved list of eligible appliances.

1. This trade-in offer is provided by Magimix Australia and applies to any purchase of a Food Processor directly from www.magimix.com.au. Magimix will offer a trade-in discount of up to $325 (or 30%) OFF a brand new Food Processor in return for you passing on your existing Food Processor. Offer ends 30th April 2026.

2. You will be required to supply a photograph of the appliance that you will be passing on.

3. The consumer will be responsible for passing on their existing appliance, Magimix Australia will not accept any machines being sent in.

4. Your trade-in code will be valid for one month from the date of the offer registration and will be valid only for the registered email address.

5. The trade-in offer is as stated and there is no cash or other alternative available, it is non-transferable and only available while stock lasts.

6. One entry per purchase only. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

7. To be eligible to participate in this trade-in offer you must be an Australian resident aged 18 or over.

8. This promotion is only available to end consumers only (e.g. not to any reseller or business purchased on a trade or contract basis).

9. Magimix Australia reserves the right to disqualify applications it believes are acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions and reserves the right to investigate and take all reasonable action to protect itself against fraudulent claims. Any claims which they believe to be invalid and/or fraudulent will be rejected.

10. Your name and address will be retained for 30 days from your first enquiry, unless you choose to partake in this offer to which your details will be held for 30 days from receipt of your Food Processor. They will only be used by Magimix Australia to communicate with you directly about this offer.

11. For any other issues or damages with the package you must notify Magimix Australia within 24 hours. During peak time, please allow up to 21 days for delivery of your Magimix Food Processor.

12. If for any reason you wish to return the Food Processor, it will need to be returned unused and in a resalable condition. All parts and accessories must be packed back into its original packaging. Any returns relating to purchases made under this trade-in promotion are subject to the Magimix Australia Returns Policy. 13. By completing, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
