Cucumber and Yoghurt Salad
|

Fit the grating disc. Peel the cucumber, grate it and remove it to a bowl.
Fit the mini-bowl, put in the garlic and mint and process until they are finely chopped. Add the yoghurt and seasonings and process to mix. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and stir it in. Chill well before serving.
